Fazed by Facebook

[28 April 2012] Ahead of its $100bn stock market listing later this year, Facebook has sent this message to potential investors:

‘We have in the past received, and may continue to receive, a high degree of media coverage, including coverage that is not directly attributable to statements, that incorrectly reports on statements made by our officers or employees, or that is misleading as a result of omitting information provided by us, our officers, or employees.’

Glad that’s all been cleared up, then. I can invest my spare billion with a steady pulse. [MC]
