Czech out those Chechens

[29 May 2013] When the suspected Boston (USA) bombers were found to have family connections with Chechnya, some American twitterati used their favourite abuse channel to lambast the Czech Republic, calling for the country to be ‘nuked’.

The Czech ambassador had to explain: ‘The Czech Republic and Chechnya are two very different entities.’

Sneaky foreigners, eh, making the names of their countries so similar? We’ve not heard the last of this.
