Straight talk expected (reports Eileen Dover)

[14 Jan 2014] Folk who attend the Continuous Improvement: Inspiring Better Public Services conference at Manchester in May, run by Open Forum Events, have a real treat in prospect, namely a talk by Mark Robinson, ‘Head of Lean’ at the University of St Andrews.

Whether the university has also appointed a Head of Fat is not clear, nor is it clear whether the audience will have to crane their necks while Robinson is at the lectern.

Just to amuse everyone (well, me, anyway), he could also assume the nom-de-guerre Taurov Peezer. [MC]
