Dublin Castle diary date for PLAIN speakers

[10 Feb 2015] Dublin Castle in Ireland will be the historic and evocative venue for the tenth conference of PLAIN (Plain Language Association International) from 17–20 September 2015.

The theme of the event, hosted by PLAIN and the National Adult Literacy Agency in Ireland, will be ‘clearer language, greater efficiency and effectiveness’.

The organizers are looking for interesting, innovative and informative presentations from a variety of fields, including plain language, usability, user experience, technical communication and information design.

So if you have a relevant case study, research project or practical experience that will get plain-language practitioners from around the world thinking, please make sure you pitch your presentation proposal by 15 March. And if you’d be interested in sponsoring the event, the organizers would love to hear from you as well.
